Growing up in Mexico, Flavia Piedra watched her parents renovate their home with an attention to detail. Inspired by this process, she found herself building floor plans and buildings out dominoes. At 10, she and her family moved to South Florida and at 16 she started working various jobs, which allowed her to explore different industries. It provided her with a good foundation in public relations, customer service and time management which have become very important throughout her career.

Flavia earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design from the Art Institute of Florida and began her career as a high-end residential designer and progressed to project management. She values collaborating with a team of talented designers with different backgrounds to bring clients design solutions as well as creating long lasting relationships.
